Want to get rid of some wrinkles- Listen Up!!

Ok, ladies my wrinkle secret is out. If you have wrinkles or want to prevent wrinkles listen up. The first thing you need is a good moisture creme (I recommend oil of olay night creme) use this every night before you go to bed on a clean face, and you can even use it during the day as often as you want (optional).
laugh lines, worry lines, crows feet - pay attention!! Ok, the major factor in these type of lines are facial expressions so to prevent new ones lets stop making overly exaggerated faces. Have you ever seen the wrinkles around the mouth of a serious smokers. That comes from years of making the same facial expression. So unless you want to add to those wrinkles stop it! To get rid of these wrinkles (will not get rid of all but most) - you need two things a) need a good moisture creme (oil of olay night creme recommended) but in addition to this creme use a elastin creme (this type of cream helps smooth out existing wrinkles, and prevent formation of new ones, and b) you need take a multivitamin supplement with at least 25,000 IU of vitamin A but only take this amount of vitamin A for 3 months then bring down to 10,000 IU daily, Vitamin C 3,000-5,000 IU's in divided doses, Silica, and vitamin B complex plus vitamin B12 (taken for anti-stress and anti-aging). Drink 2 quarts of water each day. Remember drinking, smoking, caffeine, cold weather, and too much sun dries out your skin which causes wrinkles.
Wrinkles underneath the eyes- this area is extremely delicate so do not apply heavy cremes to this area - if you do they will look puffy or sink in. You could apply a thin layer of oil of olay night creme (not the firming creme), or apply a very thin layer of olive oil.
