One of the best things you can do for your skin is to protect it from the sun. So many people today feel that they have to have that dark, glowing tan look. With all the information on the market these days these people should realize that the sun can be very harmful. I suggest using makeup that contains sunscreen and also body/hand lotion that contains sunscreen. Many lotions on the market now contain sunscreen and don't have that sunscreen smell or that greasy feel that most sunscreens used to/still have. I suggest using sunscreen not only in the summer but also in the winter, when sun damage can be just as bad.
