I have read most of the books written by Beverly Lewis. There is a lesson to be learned from each one. The Shunning, The Confession, The Postcard and several childrens books. I have to say she is my favorite author. These books are the kind you don't want to put down once you start reading, and you can pass them on to the children to read once you are finished. You learn a lot about the Amish People and their ways. There is no violence in these books, all have real good story lines. Real good books for anyone in the family. I would highly recommend any book by this author.
