Start Reading To Kids As Babies

I belive that you should start reading to kids when they are babies. I did that with my two boys and now at the ages of 8 & 5 they love to read. If you read to your child at a young age and also read for your own pleasure they will learn at an early age that reading is important and will be the one asking you to read soon. Reading lets kids go to places in their minds that they will probably never have a chance to see or experience. I believe that you need to expose them to all types of reading material not just story books. Reading is one way to ensure that your kids have a successful time in school and in their lives as they grow up and enter the adult world.
