I live in a small city where there are a lot of surrounding suburbs. I can choose about three to four different Walmarts that I would like to shop at. Along with the many convenient locations in my area, this store is a great value and I can always find what I am looking for. I am especially happy with their return policy, for example, I bought a long sleeve, cotton shirt, which I had worn only once. I had washed it, and when I pulled it out of the washer to hang up to dry, one sleeve was longer than the other! I still had my receipt, so when I took it back, I told the cashier that I had washed the shirt and it grew! They took the shirt back with no problem. Usually, a store won't take back any type of clothing after you wash it.

Another example is that I had put some clothing on layaway. One of the items was a pair of pants that had cost $18.97. About five days after I had picked up my layaway, I saw that the pants were on sale for $11.97. I took the pants and the receipt back and they gave me the difference! Their policy is that if it's between 7 - 10 days after the layaway is picked up, and you see that the item is on sale, they will give you the difference.

And speaking of layaway, I had put a bunch of items on layaway, and I had about two months to pick it up. I realized that the date that I had to pick up everything would not coincide with my pay day. I called up the store and explained it to them, they told me not to worry, that they will hold layaways until about a week after the date.

This store is a very convenient place for me to do my shopping. They are great with customer service and their prices and policies can't be beat!
