The most important book I've ever read.

Written: Aug 25 '00
Pros:invaluable tips, honest and insightful
Cons:none

This book changed my life when I read it. It was as if Geneen was speaking directly to me. As if she really knew me. The advise she gives in this book in indispensible. The honesty and humor with which she shares her experiences is invaluable. Geneen has had years of personal experience with self-esteem and weight problems (too high and too low). She really is able to get you to see what is most important in life. I would recommend this book to nearly anyone. It has a lesson in it for EVERYONE!

Other books by her that I have found helpful are "Why Weigh?" and "When Food Is Love."
