Your Pregnancy Week by Week was my favorite book when I was pregnant. Written by Glade B. Curtis, MD, OB/GYN, this book is all facts with no filler.
Your Pregnancy takes you week by week detailing what was going on with your body as well as your baby. It features sections entitled: How Big Is Your Baby?, How Big Are You?, How Your Baby Is Growing and Developing, Changes In You, How Your Actions Affect Your Baby's Development, You Should Also Know.
In the How Big Is Your Baby section it tells you approximately how long and how much the baby weighs. The How Big Are You section details how big your uterus is and how much weight you should have gained so far. The other sections change with every week giving important information from the baby's development to pregnancy diseases to how exercise and drug use affect your baby.
I really enjoyed the style of this book. It was very exciting to know how big the little baby inside of me was getting. There are also pictures showing what your baby looks like at different stages of the pregnancy. There is no other book out there that gives you such detail about what happens each week during your pregnancy.
Your Pregnancy Week by Week is an all encompassing book and I highly recommend it to every pregnant woman.
