Clive Cussler is my favorite author ever. He writes the greatest books ever. Cussler writes a series of books containing the same few main characters, each book a new adventure for them. His characters are so well developed that you feel like you know them and really love them by the end of his books. They are those kind of characters that do amazing and unbelievable things, yet he writes SO well that it makes you believe. He creates such a good picture in your mind that i was actually disapointed to finish one of his books. I felt like i was in the same world as his story. When i would complete one, i could never wait to pick up the next. He writing style is so descriptive and easy to read that the books just fly by. After reading all 15 or 16 of his books (i can't recall how many there are), i knew Dirk Pitt and Albert Giordino so well that i almost idolized them. I cannot say enough about this guy. He is amazing. If you ever run out of reading material, pick up some of his books. They will suck you in and never let you go. I wait to this day for his next fictional work (he writes non-fiction too). Clive Cussler rules!
