    Pros: Excellent research in beginning of book, and very useful and exact charts covering every scenario of time zone travel.
    Cons: Research at the beginning of book may be too "scientific" for anyone not REALLY interested in the intricacies of jet lag.

    Summary: Dr. Oren, Reich, Rosenthal, and Wehr have given travellers a much-needed resource for conquering jet lag. Anyone who is a frequent traveler across more than 2 time zones will be eternally grateful for these doctors' work. This book is a how-to ... read more
