Pros: Space and energy savings in the long run.
Cons: Installation hard, won't notice any savings right away, can't to many things at once.

Cons: Often don't meet high water demands of North Americans, need maintenance plans factored in.

Pros: It saves space. It's cheaper than any other tankless heaters I've seen. It's energy efficient.
Cons: Difficult installation. Temperature varies. Faucet must be fully on to operate (no hot water trickle).

Pros: Inexpensive for a gas tankless. Works well. Saves space.
Cons: Pilot light instead of electric start. A lot of work to install. Require maintenance.
