Advertises Falsely.
by tonygreel ,Jul 16 '09
Pros: None whatsoever Cons: A complete and phony company.
I have looked at their ads and they say it's free when it isn't. It charges when others like Google Checkout is free. Don't deal with this company.

Do you really want your business to go down the drain ?
by jjandu ,Jan 21 '08
Pros: NONE WHATSOEVER Cons: BAD SERVICE AND EVERYTHING ELSE U CAN IMAGINE
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. If you don't believe me, call their customer service line, see for yourself how long the wait time is. If you ever have any problems, rest assured you will never get any help. AND I SERIOUSLY MEAN NEVER !!They will bounce you from customer service to sales ...back and forth. I could go on and on about this company...but instead I will focus my efforts on contacting the BBB, online banking regulatory bodies, and the attorney general. I am not a picky businessman and do not get upset over things easily...but authorize.net gives a new meaning to business ethics.

Pros: none yet... Cons: customer service, rates, very slow funds transfer, etc
We just moved all our billing to Card Service International. The worst customer service I have ever seen, and some (to me) strange business practices. Right now, after 5 days, CSI will not release our funds to us but has reached into our bank account for their fees. They are holding a pretty substantial sum of our money and no one took the time to call us or try to rectify this situation. This was justified on the basis of some bogus security concerns. We have been in business for nine years, we do a nice volume and if we stay with CSI, we will be working for them. Current rate is not the 2.25 negotiated, its an average of 4.2 and on top of that they hold all funds for a minimum of 3 days. Customer service borders on contempt. Go somewhere else! BTW, CSI is owned by First Data which also owns other providers...watch out.
