Pros: No pros so sorry, will have to refer to the cons elsewhere for information.

Pros: They are able to process charges but not provide customer service
Cons: They are unable to maintain the integrity of their database.
Find another service.
Summary: After 8 years with Nova, I Can no Longer afford their screw ups. They lose my contact info every few months and fail to send me charge back notices. When I learn of them, the deadline for objecting is past. They fix my address and then loose it

Pros: I can't think of any
Cons: They look for loopholes to milk your hard earned sales.
Summary: I sell computer parts online. We have a fairly high chargeback rate (around 6%). Nova sent a letter (mailed on 3/10/04 and received by us on 3/13/04) notifying us that they will not process any more transactions for us because of the high chargeback
