easy to use,
accessible from anywhere
no fax machine required.
Cons: It's unreliable.
Summary: Generally, it's a great service for someone who doesn't want to be tied to a fax machine since it's free and the fax comes to your email for permanent storage as an electronic file. I don't have to worry about lost paperwork.

Summary: I have used this service since way back in dial-up days and have found it to be valuable for voice and fax service. The CallWave features are excellent and with FaxWave I am able to receive my faxes anywhere through my email service. I highly recommend
