Incentive ProgramsDec 02 '00 Write an essay on this topic.I work for a local hospital and we have been under staffed lately. In the medical field this happens quite a bit. To help the ones who stay around and stick it out they have offered us $5.00 more an hour to pitch in on short staffed days or nights. This is hospital hide. Kitchen staff, Security, and Nursing alike get this new incentive program. I don't believe we have been short staffed since this came in to play. New employees love this when they come to apply. At the most due to scheduling anyway this my involve 1 maybe 2 staff members a day. It makes the hospital look better to the community because the patients feel comfortable because there are staff members present. It scares people to see the same face every time they ring for help. Most ask "are you all alone tonight?". If they need to ask that question they have an insecure feeling about being there. Try it It works Good luck winn-dixie60  |
