When talking about a Dell Inspiron 7500, I'm talking about a fast hardworking machine! I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 7500 and am very, very happy with it.
The 15" screen is absolutely beautiful - crisp and clear!
Many people have said that the Inspiron is very heavy - if ten pounds is too heavy, you better start lifting some weights! I carry my laptop everywhere I go, and I don't find it burdensome at all.
Although my Dell was on back order, it was shipped the day the customer rep said it would be. Packed and delivered to my house on time and in perfect shape!
I was missing a battery, but called and let them know and one was delivered within 24 hours. How's that for service. While on the subject of customer service, I did have a problem with my keyboard after having the Dell for about a month. Again, I called, and when I did get through to the rep, they believed it was necessary to have someone come and check it out. As their warranty says, "Next day, on-site service" - and that's what I got. The person who repaired my keyboard was on time, quick, and actually new what he was doing! (Definitely different than dealing with HP customer service!)
Anyway, I would recommend the Dell Inspiron 7500 to anybody wanting a quick, reliable, sturdy workhorse and great customer service. I researched this Dell several months before actually buying it. Although the price was a little expensive, I felt I was getting a great product. And, checking out other laptops, the price I paid wasn't that much more for what I actually have loaded on my computer. As they say, you get what you pay for! I'm very pleased with my purchase!
