Gateway-Wanna Waste Money Quickly?

Aug 06 '00

Well first off I should tell everyone I get my Gateways for free but I know they are a waste of money. We get them from my dads office. My first one was a P1-120 with a 2mb video card and 64mb of Ram. Now you can see the only thing good was the Ram. The video card couldn't even handle a video game and especially not a video. Its max was about a Real Player streaming video. Im sure it cost a ton of money. My current Gateway is a P2-233 with a 4 or 8mb video card that works well and still 64mb of Ram. It crashes often but is never overloaded. It makes some noises which are very annoying. Some days I feel like getting a Louville Slugger and hitting it untill it can't be fixed so I can get a new computer. I then realize that I wouldn't get a computer and if I did it would be another Gateway. I always see their commercials on the TV. They consider normal brands like Dell and Sony bargain brand PCs. I don't know why they say that. They should be saying "Good Priced Computers" and then for their computers say "Want to waste your money in a hurry?" Well thats about all I can handle of Gateway so I am going to just leave most of my feelings inside of me or else I would have to use some cruel language that I can't use on this web site.
