I purchased a compaq computer product b/c of the outstanding customer support my friend got from them. He had his lap top in his back pack. The zipper broke and his lap top fell. It cracked his display screen. As you may or may not know, they cost about $1000 for a new one. Well, compact traded him a brand new computer for the browken one. Now that's customer service!
I have completely enjoyed my 5610 Compaq pesario. I haven't had any problems with it at all, except for Windows! Go fiqure. It is easy to add hardware to. I also like the unique appearance that compaq offers. They also have a very handy keyboard. One of the other reasons why I bought it was the competitive prices. It was the best deal for the money, with out sacrificing overall quality. It also came with great additional hardware. I got a zipdrive and excelent video audio card. I would suggest getting one if I were you.
