I have not had problems the system yet,but the customer service was very bad.Very,very bad.I ordered a select 400 model with the 15 inch monitor.After a month I got a 17 inch monitor.I got a return shipment label returned it only to get the same one back.I give up and cut my losses on that and paid the extra money.I gto my pc and the mouse port did not work. Sent that back only to get a pc that had the wrong modem in it.Luckily I had not sent the old one back yet.I just traded them out.On top of all this when I got in touch with customer service(after 10 or so calls) they had nothing to say.You know,...big company little consumer.I will never buy from them again or tell anyone else to.
