WOW is all I can say. I was told about Homestead by some teachers I work with who had an inservice yesterday. We have wonderful technology in our building and with this great site some fantastic web pages will be produced.

I am not actually a teacher but assist in the classroom. I have always wanted to create a web page of my own, but just always thought it would be too difficult.

Well let me tell you Homestead was my answer and I think it could be yours too. In less than two hours I had created an entire page. They have every tool you can imagine from fonts and colors to animated clipart and sound.

You first have to sign up and create an account. This takes very few minutes. When you want to make changes to the page you can login and go with it.

I truly cannot belive the ease in this site. I feel I am pretty computer literate, but even the first beginner could navigate this site easily. Everything is very self explanatory as far as adding text, graphics, animation, sound and backgrounds. You can even add links to other pages in a matter of seconds. And best of all it's free.
