Cybermax let me down

I bought a Cybermax computer back in 1998. In the 1st year and a half I had great customer service when I had computer problems. I first had problems with my motherboard and cybermax sent out a new one and a tech to replace it, but the replacement motherboard was bad so they had to send out another one. That got my computer back up working great. Then about 8 months later my harddrive started getting bad sectors and cybermax again was good about replacing the harddrive with all software already installed on it. About 6 month ago my Cd-Rom drive failed and I had a little trouble getting ahold of cybermax to get it replaced. It took me about over a day being on hold and calling back most of the day to get the CD-Rom replaced. Now my computer is acting up four or five times a day, either it will lock-up or the keyboard/mouse will stop working. I have tried for about a week to get hold of cybermax and they either put me on hold for about 5 minutes then theie computer systems tells me to call back or all I get is a busy signal.

I Highly recommend anyone looking at computers to forget cybermax. I feel that they have forgot about customer service. I feel that purchasing a new system from them would be a mistake.
