Gateway? Be Ready For Nothing!

I would not recommend Gateway computer to anyone who wants to get a computer and then pay it off all at once after they get it. We chose to go with Gateway after a friend at work recommended them and we had seen the commercial on TV about pay on $25 a month so we called Gateway to ask about it. After talking to the representative, we told him that we would like to do the 90 days same as cash. We ordered the computer that day. After getting the bill we called to confirm that we were paying it off in 90 days same as cash and the representative told us that is not what we signed up under and that we would have to pay $50 each month for 3 years. I wrote a letter to Gateway about this and I never heard back.
The good about the computer we bought is it works great and the technical support has been helpful. By accident, My five year old daughter deleted the entire hard drive and they were great in helping us get it rebuilt.
