Pros:very cheap and great pic.
Cons:none yet

Well, I received my Christmas present 2 days early this year.

It was a 17" Pixie Multi-scan Color Monitor.
I have been using a 15" IBM monitor for 3 years and finally talked myself into buying a new 17" monitor.

It just so happened that a friend that I work with just bought the same one and told me how much he paid for it.
I was shocked to find out the price. After a $50.00 rebate, it was only $89.95.

That is right, $89.95 for a brand new, 17" color monitor.
Well, after he told me that, I picked up the phone and called Staples to see if they had anymore of these.
To my surprise, they had one left and they told me that they could hold it for me until I left work.

The moment I left work, I flew to Staples and bought this monitor.

Now, here are a few features on this monitor.
It has a min. resolution of 720 X 480 at 70 hz and a max. resolution of 1280 X 1024 at 60 hz.
It has a 0.27 mm dot pitch non-glare screen.
A 16" viewable screen.
Unlimited color display.
A 110 Mhz Video Dot Rate.
Weighs 31 pounds.
The size is 410mm(W) X 411mm (H) X 430mm(D)
And best of all it is PnP.

There, now you know all about this great monitor.
Now you tell me where you can get a monitor like this for $89.95.

Check out your local Staples and maybe they might still have one for this price.
