I have been using Mac OS since I can remember so I was not sure about buying a Palm OS PDA. But I have been using my Visor for 2 weeks and I love it. It took some time for me to get the hang of it but I think I have got it down, the main suggestion I have is do not use the Palm desktop software! I have now up-to-date and contact (Power On Software) which made the device a lot more fun. The big compliant I have is the cover, it gets really annoying after a while and I also hate the fact that you have to pay for the portable hot sync cable (I need the portable cable for my PowerBook). I love the springboard in the back though, it lets you expand software and other hardware peripherals like a snap. Over all I think I think this is a great PDA (much better than the Windows CE pieces of.... well you know) and great for expandability.
