I have owned several computers over the last few years and this one is definitely one of the better products. The system is an 866 ,20g hard-drive with 7200 rpms, 128kb memory, 48x cd-rom, a 19 inch monitor and a free scanner. All for only $1200.00. I found this to be a good deal after about a month of fairly serious research. We received the system 8 days after placing the order online. The online ordering was really easy and user friendly. The down side was dealing with customer service when I needed to make a MINOR change. To begin with, the menus you have to go thru are entirely too long and tedious( not to mention a 20 minute on hold wait). Once we reached a real person he was so incredibly rude and not at all helpful I sent an email to his boss. Eventually,( an hour) we were put thru to a very friendly and helpful young man who was able to solve our problem.( footnote, I sent his boss an email too). In summation, I am very happy with my system and hope to have better luck in the future with customer support.
