Customer Service Issues

I decided to buy a CyberMax computer for Christmas. To make sure it arrived in time I ordered it in November and it arrived on December 14. After hooking up the computer it worked fine for four days, then the Princeton monitor blew. Since CyberMax doesn't make the monitor, you can't really blame them and Princeton isn't a 'bad' monitor in general so I didn't think much of it.
I called their customer service, explained the situation and they told me that because of the high Christmas demand they wouldn't be able to get me a new monitor for three weeks. This was frustrating, but such is life. Then I got to thinking and I called CyberMax pretending I was a NEW customer interested in a computer. The salesman was more than happy to sell me a new PC with the exact same Princeton monitor that, according to the customer service person I had spoken to, was out of stock.
I called customer service back and told them what I had just did and asked if they could send me out a monitor as per their contract (which guarantees a bad part will be replaced within three days). They said they only had monitors in stock for NEW customers, but their replacement stock was currently depleted.
Needless to say I packed up the entire unit and sent it back for a full refund and bought a DELL.
