I'm not going to get technical, But if your a game player or have a 17" monitor or bigger you'll love the ATI Rage Fury 32MG. I have always preferred ATI over other video cards because the refresh rate is allot higher than anyone else’s, so this means better performance.
I had a ATI rage 8mg card, but when I played some of the more demanding games like Descent III, I would have to turn off about half the screen options like smoke, fog, and so forth to get it to work without skipping.
If you do not play high demanding games or have a smaller monitor it would be a waste of money to get this card. I can tell no difference at all in using my regular Windows programs. The only difference that can actually be seen between my old ATI card and new one is when I play games, everything else looks the same. But, the difference it will make in your games is like night and day. I'm sure if you have an older outdated video card it will make a huge difference on your regular Windows
Programs. If your thinking about updating the ole card, you wont be disappointed in the ATI Rage Fury, even if you think it's a bit of overkill for your normal usage. The TV out with S/Video and DVD is awesome!
All in all I would recommend this card, It's very easy to install, especially if your using Windows.
