I would like to submit an opinion about the Neopet site as being a site that neglects it's members and their pets.When I first discovered Neopets I thought it was a pretty neat site.I then joined and created 2 pets.When you do this you are supposed to fed them a care for them just like you would a house pet. You must earn points to purchase food, clothing, etc. After doing this I attempted to purchase these items.Nine times out of ten the stores had no items.If they did contain items for purchase they were either way to expensive or junk food that I would not feed to a pet. There are many other bugs that are on this site.The publishers of the site ask to be notified if anyone experiences any bugs while enjoying their site.When I stopped counting I had sent 12 emails asking for a response and have yet to receive one. My pets are now dying, I have plenty of food now but each time I have tried to feed them I get no response.To top it off I tried putting my pets up for adoption thinking maybe someone else has had better luck with the site and can get them back to normal. Well the only way to do this is you have to pay your points.Since they have no desire to support me and my pets I see no desire to put my traffic on their site and support them. I must admit I had fun in the begining, but now it's only frustration that I have been getting.
