I purchased a Xerox DocuPrint C%% color laser printer. Within a week it was making funny noises and had problems printing. Xerox sent a technician out to repair it. Two weeks later it had the same problem. It was corrected again. When I tried to run envelopes through the printer, it left creases all over the envelope. When I called Xerox, I was told I might be using the wrong type envelopes. I informed them that I was using the type the owners manual said to use. Finally I was told that this printer is not recomended for envelopes. I informed Xerox that I wanted my money back or another printer that I could run envelopes through. I was told this is not possible. Xerox sold me a printer, that the literature stated I could use envelopes in, and the owners manual stated the same thing, but after I have the printer and they determine it can't do what they said it could do, they left me high and dry. I went back to HP, who has always taken good care of me and my company.
