I purchased my Dell pc about 6 months ago from their web site, I was able to customized my system. Since I have a monitor and a printer, I did not want a complete system and Dell is about the only manufactur online that allow you to purchase the system without the monitor. It was shipped on time and since I received it, it is almost been running continiously without any problems or glitches. I did not contact technical support yet because no need to but I heard they offer excellent service, also I purchased accessories from dell over the phone, excellent customer service.
I paid $1450 for top of the line system with great software bundle including shipping and taxes and you can not top that specially reliable brand like DELL.
If you are looking for trouble free pc, GO DELL.
