This computer has been practicly obsolete since the day my mom brought it home with her. It has the smallest Hard Drive known to man.....I can't even fit THREE normal size games on it. I mean come on. This computer is pointless until you put hundreads of dollars in to it.
The only thing that could be called somewhat good or at least fine is the processer. I haven't had any speed problems or anything. But since the hard drive doesn't have enough space for anything that would be able to use the processor speed to it's fullest, the processor is fairly useless.
The color card is bottom of the line 3D. It can play simple, slow 3D games but don't try anything to fancy because it will get all skippy and stuff on you.
The CD rom drive is fine. 32x is all you really need, but again, it can't run anything worth while because the hard drive doesn't have room for anything that would utalize the CD rom!!
I would suggest that if you have any expectations what so ever from a new comp., then don't buy an e-machine!
