I've tried just about every free ISP that's out there and has a local number for me to use. There's always a catch, or the service is so poor that it's not worth the effort of downloading the program to begin with, right?

Until I found out that the "MyPointsConnect!" point earning program had their OWN FREE ISP and it had a local number! Not only that, but they give you 50 points just to use it for 10 hours a month! 10 hours a month isn't much for people like myself who are members of various point earning programs! The only "drawback" to this free ISP is of course, the ad banner, but unlike many of the other "FREE" ISP's that require you to use their ad banner, this one can be made smaller to dock up in the corner of your screen, or slimmer to dock up at the top or at the bottom, where ever you prefer, AND you aren't required to click on it at all if you don't want to!

I've been using this ISP for almost a month now, and I have NEVER been booted off line, never been disconnected for standing idle for "too long" and I have never had a single problem connecting!! No busy signals!!!! I'm still waiting to see how quickly the 50 points will be added to my MyPoints account, but for the way this service works....it's WORTH the wait for the points!!
