Ezprints.com is one of the better Digital photo printing sites if you are a total beginner, they offer several guides, tips and tricks for getting your resolutions correct. They have Digital Camera links FAQ’s and general guides and helpful hints.
The site is easy to navigate with its simple (dull) design, the site LOOKS like an amateur designed the site, but that shouldn't matter if the quality is good, and it is.
This site seems dedicated to making you an informed customer, and I like that. It takes the mystery out of digital photography.
The customer service left me scratching my head though. I emailed support with 2 questions. I received an answer to the first question in3 hours and have yet to get the second question answered.
The prices for the output prints are reasonable and fairly competitive. The quality, like all the rest of the photo print websites is superb. They all use virtually the same equipment, so you can rest assured, the final output will look good.
You have the ability to create a photo album and even print the entire album with a single click, making the process that much easier.
They have the same guarantee that all the other sites have:
You like the output, or they credit/reprint the photos.
The upload feature is a bit buggy. It crashed and froze on me several times in one session. But I still like the site enough to rate it a 3.
Bottom Line:
If you need “help” with digital photography and output, stop by this site. The last time I checked it was full of useful information.
Otherwise, check out another for more features and FUN factor.
