| JeSTa's Full Review: Dell Dimension XPS T600 |
I had recently tried to buy a cheaper computer off eBay. I searched through all the auctions until I found the perfect one. It was a P3 600 mhz 256 mb ram, with 19" monitor a good sound system, excellent graphics card, the works. It was also cheap. However I was buying this from a basement company so I was a little skeptical. When the purchase went through, I was told it would come in 2 weeks. I waited 2 months and it never showed. When I called to complain, no one there cared. I withdrew my purchase and decided to buy a DELL. The DELL I bought was more expensive, but was worth my buy. The computer came in 2 days, with a lot of software. All I needed to do was to turn on the computer, and it would automatically set up for me. I bought DELL because I knew they had greater customer service. I didn't want to be treated like how that basement company treated me. If I had any trouble with my computer, I could call DELL and they would send over a technician the next day. I bought by computer 1 1/2 years ago, and I am writing this opinion with it. DELLS are extremely reliable, and never crash. Food for thought I few days later I received an e-mail from a group of people who also bought from that basement company. It was a class action suit that was brought against the company who had gone bankrupt. In my opinion when it comes to computers buy the best, buy a DELL
