TheMail, unlike most paying internet companies, is based purely on referrals. if you don't have them, you don't make money. even if you do not have any referrals, you can still have a completely free email address.
themail works up to sixteen levels deep, with an unlimited amount of people per level. this has a great money-making potential, if that is what you are in the site for. you get paid 0.0025 or 1/4 of a cent per email that your first level referrals read. this may seem like very little, but figure with junk mail and all there could be a good amount of money generated. and for each level below the first, you get 0.0005 cents per email read in your downline.
i have been using themail for about a month, and with two referrals have made just a few dollars. i do see that much more money could be made with more referrals, but people tend to be skeptical and referrals are hard to come by. if you have several friends who would be willing to sign up under you, then i say go for it. and if you are looking for a free email service (with a few advertisements here and there-very unobtrusive) then i highly recommend themail.
