When I stopped purchasing Toshiba laptops, I needed to find a replacement vendor. I read articles and searched the web and ultimately settled on Dell.
So far, I've purchased 3 Dells - 2 Inspirons and 1 Lattitude. I've been very pleased with processor speed, battery life and keyboards. The screens have been outstanding. I've had to have service on one of them that was dropped and I was also pleased with the response time to get a technician here (we purchase 3 year on-site contracts.)
My experience so far has been very positive. The organization is professional and the machines are well-built.
