| drdavidhartman's Full Review: Kinesis Ergonomics Contour Keyboard |
They'll have to pry this keyboard out of my cold, dead fingers. . .which will never happen, because the Kinesis keyboard is very kind to fingers, wrists and tendons. I type reports for hours at a time, and I couldn't do without this keyboard. I started to have wrist pain a few years ago, which went away quickly, after I bought a Kinesis keyboard. It looks strange, but it works and works wonderfully well. Works with Windows, there are some programmable models. There is no competition. The MS keyboard is not even in the running for comfort. It does take a few hours to get adjusted to the layout, but it's not difficult, and you can still type on "normal" keyboards (but you won't want to). The only other drawback is they are relatively pricey (200 and up) but they do have some refurbished models available for less.
