This is a great game. Following the trend of first person games half-life was awarded game of the year. It has excellent 3D graphics and with an accelerator they are mind blowing. Although I did recieve a deja vu like feeling of DOOM, half-life is in many aspects a different game. Youll quickly forget your supposed to be a meek scientist and begin blasting and hacking your way through all sorts of alien radioactive creatures for hours of fun. If you get bored with the single player game, hook into a network and start wrecking shop on some of your friends. This is especially fun for college playing, you can kick your buddy down the halls butt, and then run down and tell him about it, like he doesnt know already. Go out and get this game, you can find it relatively cheap.
