A+ computers, A+ service

I purchased my desktop from ABS two years ago and have remained astounded by their service, their prices and my overall sense of their being totally consumer-oriented ever since.
Their service is beyond reproach- both in ordering online and in technical support. My husband and I were able to "build" our own computer to our own specifications, offered a wide variety of systems (we decided to go for the spec'd out of the day, a PII 450, Zip, CD-R, DVD- the whole she-bang). The prices were at least equal to if not better than the competition and they promised quick delivery. We received our computer less than two weeks later- in even less time than anticipated- with all the components correct and completely set up for us with an O/S- AND they included every driver and other software disk. Since purchasing it, our computer has given us very few problems- and what problems HAVE existed were software-based and not hardware-based. The few times we have had to to contact ABS' tech support, we have been connected to well-informed, helpful and friendly people. I have had not a single complaint in the level of service and support they offer.
I realize this review seems a bit extreme, but I feel very strongly about ABS. I plan to buy my next computer from them and have- and will continue to- recommended ABS to friends.
