I purchased this computer at Best Buy. I was told by the sales assoc. that it was a very good computer and that I would be very happy with my purchase. He. . . was wrong. I went home, set up the computer, and got frustrated. The computer kept freezing up on me, and it didn't seem to be running at full speed. I took it back to the store a few days later and exchanged it for another one. I had the same exact problems with the second one as I did with the first. Also, when I had taken it back to Best Buy, the man at the door told me that he had seen a lot of those computers come back.
