Net Zero was a big disappointment for me. I found it next to impossible to set up. Service was not. It was so confusing I don't know if we were having trouble because they were so busy or if something wasn't installed correctly or if my programs were missing pieces! I tried it so many times that it seems that I have perpetual Net Zero ghost files hiding in my hard drive that crop up once and awhile to be whisked into the recycle bin! It probably isn't that bad--it is free--and the friend I researched and downloaded for originally used it for awhile, but now has a pay service! It took awhile to download there stuff once you connected - but so what, it is free! Even after loaded I found it cumbersome. I haven't tried it in months so maybe now all the bugs have been fixed? I would only recommend for someone who is a techie!
