Shopping for a computer can be a tedious task. After clicking on www.Dell.com everything came a breeze. Dell is superior to other computer desktop retailers, but comes with a price. The computer I received is stacked with everything I will ever need, Hardware and software. Usually technology surpasses computers within 2 years. But honestly judging my computer it will last me 5+, with minimal maintenance and upgrading. I bought this computer October. 19. They made it and shipped. I received the beginning of Nov. That’s some service. I e-mailed them a question about my HD. I got e-mail back with the answer a day later. It’s a minimal 3-year warranty at no extra cost, 1-year next day service for the warranty, 3-year parts and labor. I say this is an overall great buy, but might cost a little bit extra compared to companies such as emachines (e4me.com) and bestbuy. Check out my stats, you tell me if I got a good deal. I think the warranty is worth the whole package. =O)
