Dialpad is a pretty deacent program in that there are no shortcuts saved on your computer. If you want to use this program, you have to open you internet provider and go to the site, and log in to call.

Dialpad lets you to talk over the internet to others who are on their computer.
But there are kickbacks. Alot of the calls with Dialpad, have an echo on my end sometimes there is an echo on the caller's end, but since its free you can't really complaint.

Would I recommend this service? Yes! The minor hassle of having to go to the site to boot the program the first time is solved with a bookmark. Once the program is loaded, you can minimize it for later use. The audio quality? This is more than offset by the price.
