Poor Customer Service

I purchased my Cybermax AMD-K6 233 Mhz computer about 3 years ago. The delivery was very quick and I received everything I asked for. I have actually had very few problems with my Cybermax computer, but there have been a few.
- One of my PCI slots was faulty, and therefore required a replacement of the entire motherboard.
- The power supply fan died on me and therefore required a placement of the entire power supply.
- My Cd-Rom also died and required replacement.
In each of these instances, I had to contact customer service. Every single time I called, I was put on hold for a completely unreasonable time. I was actually on hold for a total of 4hours and 23 minutes one time. I was completely in shock that it took that long and that when they finally answered that phone, that they did not believe this was an unreasonable amount of time to be on hold. And then to top it off, the guy was very rude to me, acting like it was my fault my power supply fan had died. Give me a break!
All in all, I believe that Cybermax builds a quality computer system, but their customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. I very highly doubt I will ever purchase a product from this company again for this very reason.
