Dell is the best

I own a Dell Inspiron 5000 laptop. I did extensive research on all the laptops out there today on the market. I called customer service of many of the brands testing the response time. I called Dell a few times to order my system and a few times afterward to ask questions about the system. Each and every time I called, I never waited more than a few minutes to talk to a live customer service advocate. They were all very helpful and they weren't done talking to me until I was done with them.
The way I looked at it was this, I am going to have this computer for a while, I am going to spend a lot of time on it. I wanted to choose the company with the best customer service and warrantee program to ensure that I'll have a computer whenever I need it. If you don't believe me, pick up a copy of PC world and see who has the most satisfied customers, it's Dell and now I know why.
