The Alpha Smart 3000 is awesome! I have not had any problems with this! I haven't needed any tech support AT ALL! You see, it is in my oh so very humblest of humble opinions that the Alpha Smart 3000 should be put in the Computer Input Devices Hall of Fame! 7 Billion thumbs Way UP!! This beats out Any THING logitech has, any thing Microshaft has, any thing Hewlett Packard Has, Why, this beats out ANY THING that ANY ONE else has! The Alpha Smart 3000 could not be a better product! Its streamlined and works with everything I have! Absolutely NO peripherals are conflicting at all! THis is Amazing!
