I bought my Gateway computer because i wanted a name brand,and i wanted a computer to manage my investment accounts.
I will admit ,i didn't know the first thing about computers...not even how to turn one on...
After receiving my computer,i continued to put it together.
Gateway included large posters with pictures on how to attach all the cable...they even color coded them for me.
This was easier than i thought!
The Gateway staff was available anytime day or night to help me!
Anyone that doesn't know about computers should buy a Gateway p.c.
I also ordered a lot of software for my kids to use,and to help them become computer literate.
I enjoy the Hewlett Packard deskjet 932c printer,and the Hewlett Packard Photosmart c200 camera which i use almost daily to record my childrens lives.
I have since added a sketch board,whinnie-the-pooh keyboard,joystick,and many educational software packages to my system.
The next things i want to do is upgrade my system.
I am very satisfied with this product!!
