Ever since I've had an internet capable PC, I've had WinAmp. A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away(actually it was a couple years ago, and it happened at my house), a friend of mine suggested that I download WinAmp. He told me that it was not a big file, and that it was all around good. He was right. WinAmp is a program that allows you to listen to must music files(wav, midi, mp2, and mp3 are a few examples). It also has several other feature that make it well worth the download time. First off, it has the ability to stream music from the internet(much like a Real Player). Next, it has it's own graphic equalizer. Not only is the equalizer good, it also has a large variety of presets(like Ska, Rock, Rap, Dance, and Live). It also has a mini-browser, sadly I have yet to see a WinAmp with one that works. It also has a playlist editor(handy for parties and such). Lastly, it gives you the ability to download skins and apply them to it(so you can make it look neat). Considering that it is free, and that there is virtually nothing wrong with it, I definitely recommend it. It's fun.
