NHL 2000 is one of the most fantastic games I've ever played. It is very dynamic and fast paced, with hundreds of new player animations then its previous version. This game has it all. Although I feel the gameplay in NHL 2000 is the best for any NHL game on the playstation, I must say the graphics for NHL 2000 are better. However, there are many new great game features not found in another game of its genre.
Some of this games hottest features include:
1. Checking players over the board.
2. Knocking the goalies water bottle off of his net.
3. Hundreds of hats come flying onto the ice when a hat trick is scored.
4. New fighting system includes ducking, uppercuts, grabbing, jabbing, hooking, and more.
5. New puck Halo makes it easier to see where the puck is on the ice.
This game is a definite buy if you are a fan of hockey and own a playstation.
Two player mode makes this game come to life. There is nothing more fun then scoring a one timer on your best friend!
