If it is not right send it back fast!!

I purchased a gateway form their Gateway Country store. If I had tried to do this over the phone I would have missed out on a lot of the add-ons that they put down not at your requires. I had to have them take of on-line classes and tutorials which added up to over $200.
I also got the CD burner installed that they say is Phillips which I assumed would be Magnavox and good quality. It was a brand called Mitsumi or something like that. The reason that I know this is because I had to open my computer up when there was a problem. My CD burner tray never opened up. I sat on the phone for over a hour trying to trouble shoot. Then they asked me to get some tools and open the system up. I did this and scared up my hands. I took it out and put the DC Rom in its place and it worked. OK problem solved right, WRONG. In the with this error my system would not reboot correctly. It took them almost 2 weeks to send a replacement. I got it in and they sent me the wrong part it was another CD ROM not the Burner. I was really mad then. Called them asked to speak to a manager they gave me the run around. She says she will take care of it. They send the wrong part again. Meanwhile the computer will not reboot anymore and I loose all the information I put on it in the first month. Finally they send me a new system a month later and everything works. Poor Customer service.
