Pros:
5 Speakers, Incredible Bass.
Lets you hear the same sound in every part of the room.
The system has so much power. I still haven't tested its highest
volume, I've never needed to even if I play it as loud as I
would ever want to because it is so powerful. The bass is
incredible but even without the bass and at a low volume, the 5
speakers help fill the room with sound at minimal volumes so
that you don't have to play it loud to hear it well.
This system was practically designed for the Sound Blaster Live
Platinum and the PC-DVD Encore Dx2 sound card and DVD drive.
In fact, all the manuals for all three products have examples for
how to connect the single device to other types of devices and
the examples they use are one of these three devices.
The wiring is the most compatible it can be. Even though there are
many things to connect, if you get all three of these devices
and follow the manual, it'll be so easy to connect everything.
Plus, the speakers are connected with traditional speaker wire,
so they are easily replaceable with other speakers or whatever
else you can connect a common speaker wire to.
Cons:
The price. But still, it's more than worth it, if you want to
maximize your system, buy this system and the Sound Blaster Live
Platinum and the PC-DVD Encore Dx2 and you won't ever need to
upgrade your system again. So, if your willing to spend the
money and want the best you can get, get all three and you
won't be disappointed.
